Provides administrative support to the Executive Vice President, Commercial Business. Answers telephone calls for the Executive Vice Presidents and takes detailed messages. Maintains calendar and keeps track of schedules for the EVP, Commercial Business. Handles a variety of clerical, secretarial, and organizational functions including but not limited to filing, word processing, photocopying, faxing, meeting minutes, marketing and sales reports, expense reports, budget tracking, and mail distribution. Prepares spreadsheets and presentations, as well as other statistical information when directed by the immediate supervisor. Conducts weekly inventory check of office supplies, stationery, and other supplies and places orders according to need. Schedules and maintains a calendar of events for the conference room. Collects, coordinates and distributes Time Requests. Provides assistance, as directed, to other areas, when necessary. Performs special projects as assigned by the EVP, Commercial Business. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education: AAS degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Minimum Experience: Five years experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar position.
" Strong computer skills including expert knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
" Ability to communicate independently and directly with various levels of staff.
" Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to compose correspondence.
" Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
" Previous experience required in situations demanding strict adherence to Confidentiality.
