PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Performs clerical duties for Contact Center leadership.
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Clerical support including word processing, filing, and calendar management. Assists in report generation and distribution. Travel arrangements and expense management. Ensures office supplies are stocked.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides secretarial support including typing, composing and proofreading correspondence, indexing and filing documents
· Answers inquiries or refers callers/visitors to appropriate individuals
· Compiles reports from data and existing records, and handles monthly report generation and distribution
· Gathers information and develops summaries as requested
· Assists with preparing budget and operational documents
· Develops and implements office procedures related to coordination of interoffice communication, and records systems
· Schedules/coordinate meetings as assigned and reports on actions
· Participates in educational activities and programs
· Maintains strictest confidentiality
· Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and systems
• Communicates clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• Establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations
• Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and others as required
• Able to work effectively with other employees, patients and external parties
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations, balance and reconcile figures, punctuate properly, spell correctly and transcribe accurately
Minimum Experience Required: 3 - 5 years secretarial experience in a healthcare setting
Advanced Excel experience including creating and generating reports from pivot tables

Preferred Experience: 1 - 3 years experience with Crystal Reports and SQL
1 - 3 years experience with Microsoft Access
