Supports senior to executive management, multiple managers, or large departments. Responsibilities may include making travel and meeting arrangements (in Outlook), setting up and booking meeting rooms and conference calls/bridges, screening calls, composing letters and reports, and preparing presentations and financial data, or could include support in project completions. Has advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software; and may train others. Has the ability to perform Internet research. Work is generally of highly confidential nature. Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
Additional Skills and or education:
Thorough knowledge and comfort with Outlook calendar, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.
Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
