      Role Description:

      We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Sourcing Team within Human Resources. The Executive Sourcing team executes senior (MD level) searches across all the firm’s various business lines and functions. The Executive Sourcing teams partners closely with the Lateral Recruiting team and other HR professionals and has frequent interaction with the firm’s senior leadership.

      The ideal candidate will have experience in an executive search or HR environment, providing high volume coordination in a fast paced demanding environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a “can do” attitude who is passionate about organization, problem solving, and providing excellent customer service.

      Responsibilities:
      •Provide recruiting administrative support for two recruiters through the development and management of candidate interview schedules.
      •Open and post requisitions.
      •Coordinate internal and internet job postings.
      •Manage the collection of Hiring Manager feedback post candidate interviews.
      •Respond to both internal and external general inquiries about employment and recruiting process.
      •Assist in the creation and generation of staffing reports.

      Assist in the data entry and integrity of the firm’s CRM (Cluen/Encore)
      •Participate in the development and implementation of new processes related to recruiting.
      •Conduct reference checks.
      •Perform other tasks as assigned: create offer letters, manage background checks, update and utilize the applicant tracking system (Taleo).
      •Build strong relationships and partnerships across the broader HR functions (Relationship Management, HRIS, Compensation, etc.).
      •Execute on ad-hoc projects.

      Qualifications:
      •Minimum two years experience in a recruiting or human resources support role.
      •BA/BS degree
      •Must have excellent communication and proven customer service skills.
      •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
      •Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment while providing strong internal and external customer service.

      Must be comfortable dealing with senior executives and their teams

      Must have the highest ethical and moral standards as this role will frequently be handing highly confidential and sensitive information
