A distinguished international law firm is in search for an Administrative Assistant in their Finance department, in their Washington, DC office. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years' experience of working in a large office environment and/or accounting department, advance knowledge with bookkeeping/accounting functions and excel; experience with Elite accounting software a plus. The qualified candidate will be assisting the Managing Director of Finance Operations. Daily responsibilities include reconciling the firm's main operating account; being responsible for the billing and collections of the firm's Reception account; reconciling on a monthly basis the security deposit, loans receivable, the foreign office, and the professional services account; prepare various schedules and spreadsheets for auditors; prepare late time report for attorneys; complete credit applications; and any other duties assigned. A minimum of 2 years' experience of working in a large office environment and/or accounting department.
Advance knowledge with bookkeeping/accounting functions.
Advance proficiency in MS Office.
