More about Allegheny Financial Group can be a found on our website: www.alleghenyfinancial.com DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Answer incoming phone calls Meets and greets clients as appropriate to explain necessary administrative procedures, assist in completing forms and obtaining signatures. Maintain CRM database Coordinate the scheduling of client meetings Compiles and binds reports for client presentations, gathers prospectus material, summaries, prepares letters of instruction, etc. to complete the recommendations Reconcile monthly, all client accounts in IAS software, keep balances current via NFS Streetscape and/or confirmation statements Compose and prepare outgoing correspondence Handle standard compliance requests (ex.

monthly statement downloads) Prioritize and respond to client account service requests Complete and follow up on account applications, transfer forms, etc. Navigate within account systems to execute and monitor transactions and services Act as a liaison between clients, advisors and mutual fund companies Perform and organize data entry using Microsoft applications Maintain and organize hard copy and electronic filing systems REQUIREMENTS Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to develop a rapport with clients and related professionals of varied ages and backgrounds Financial services industry experience is a strong preference Bachelor ’s Degree (preferably in business, finance or accounting) with two years experience in a fast-paced office preferably in a financial services, legal or accounting environment OR Associate ’s Degree combined with relative experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills and superior grammar skills Advanced user of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access Ability to follow directions, work well under pressure and maintain a fast pace in a multi-task environment Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy, initiative and follow-through Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
