Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support for 4 directors and their teams

Strategically manage and maintain multiple calendars

Coordinate international and domestic travel and prepare expense reports

Open, sort, and distribute incoming and time sensitive legal correspondence, including faxes and email

Plan, coordinate, and execute all types of local and international meetings and events

Maintain and follow up on action item lists coming out of staff meetings

Create/Edit Keynote and PowerPoint presentations as needed

Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner

Assist with new employee on-boarding

Provide back-up assistance to Executive Assistant of the General Counsel as needed

Requirements

BA or BS degree with a strong academic background preferred.

Minimum of 2 years full-time relevant work experience.

Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex internal and external executive meetings

Strong knowledge of Google Calendar, Google Docs, Keynote, MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Interest and experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency.

Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices - and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.

Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both at the peer and executive levels

Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

Must demonstrate a positive, helpful demeanor and be a team player
