We currently have an opening on our Phoenix office for a part time administrative assistant. This person is will be the main point of contact for visitors coming to our office an will also assist with the following duties: Answering phones – ad calls, general information Taking and processing applications Assist Staff Services Rep with Employee ComplianceChecking references (both offices)Verify Fingerprint clearance cards with DPSPrint and compile orientation folders, client intake folders etc. (for both offices)Other various print jobs as neededChecking in timesheets and scanning to payroll Keep lobby clean, timesheets, applications, and other documents stocked Storeroom, put away supplies, clean and organize Inventory supplies and inform supervisor of needsThis is not inclusive of all responsibilities and you may be asked to assist in other areas.Hours: 9:00 – 1:00pm Mon – Fri.

(may occasionally work extra hours depending on work load) Computer Skills – Word, Excel, Internet, Email, ability to learn new programs or experience with Hometrak a plus.Type min 40 WPMExcellent Customer Service skills on the phone and in personAbility to prioritize in a busy, ever changing atmosphereProfessional and ethical work attitudeBilingual English/Spanish a plus
