AH4R is seeking an energetic Administrative Assistant with Real Estate experience. Excellent computer skills required. Must have experience using all Microsoft Office programs. Candidate must possess excellent attention to detail, be able to multitask efficiently, follow directions, organized, focused attention to detail and deadlines and have a positive attitude. Responsibilites include heavy meeting scheduling/coordination, producing reports, managing Excel spreadsheets, managing several projects, coordinating monthly sales, travel arrangements. This is an immediate need and interviews are being scheduled immediately.

- Ability to type at least 45 WPM.
- Previous experience in Real Estate is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Work, and PowerPoint.
- A clean criminal, credit and driver's record is required, and possess a valid driver's license.
- Availibility to work over time when needed.
