The UMKC School of Nursing invites applications for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of clerical and student-focused duties within our new and innovative Bachelor of Health Science program.
Duties include but are not limited to: providing administrative support to the BHS faculty; coordinate and maintain the service-learning contracts required for the BHS program; provide information on and refer students, faculty, and staff to University resources that can help resolve their questions.
A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be required is necessary, as well as five years progressively responsible office experience. Education or training beyond high school may be substituted for experience.
Successful candidates will have previous experience with professional website maintenance, as well as proven Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word skills. Successful candidates will provide outstanding customer service, with a ‘can do’ attitude, along with the ability to successfully work efficiently and independently.

$12.47 - $16.00
