Provides administrative support for entry, review and evaluation of documents and reports, and perform routine work in the environmental enforcement field for a State agency.
Responsible for preparing and distributing routine special correspondence, reports, forms and documents. Enters data and maintains files for an organizational unit. Assist with the addressing of enforcement action referrals (EARs). Responsible for the processing and coding of various enforcement documents and reports. Assists with maintaining of database and record filing systems. Scanning, filing, and tracking of documents and reports. Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree with 1 year upper level secretarial experience OR high school with 5 years of increasingly responsible administrative, secretarial and clerical experience in an office setting. 15 semester hours of accredited college work may be substituted for each 6 months of the required experience.
