Salary: A minimum starting salary of $12.57/hour (8SS) and a comprehensive and competitive fringe benefit package are provided.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing typing and secretarial support including typing tests, course descriptions, outlines, reports, and general office duties such as answering telephones, helping facu1ty and students, screening mail and filing. This position will assists with support to the division Administrative Assistant.
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to answering phones; assist students and faculty; post class cancellations; maintain PT and FT attendance logs; assist in ordering office supplies; create nametags and organize PT and FT mailboxes each semester; distribute mail twice daily; assist with student evaluations; handle Educational Change and Reading re-test forms; assist with administrative details for Pegasus poetry contest annually; assist with administrative details for Study Abroad trip annually; provide assistance to the Dean and Assistant Dean as needed; any other duties that may be assigned
