Under general supervision, provides technical and specialized professional services for the SC Real Estate Commission. Processes initial applications, renewals, and examinations. Updates database, prepares and mails out examination information and reciprocity applications. Assists with all commission application processes and compliance matters. Verifies that applicants have submitted proper documentation concerning the Immigration Reform Act question. Processes credit reports and verifies compliance with guidelines set forth by the commission. Assists with administrative duties of the Athletic Commission processes applications and prepares post bout activity reports.
Minimum and Additional Requirements:
State Requirements: A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
LLR Requirements: A high school diploma and three (3) years of administrative or related experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
Computer database, word processing and spreadsheet skills necessary. Ability to type at a corrected rate of 35 WPM.
