This position assists with the daily operations of the Occupational Therapy department.
Education Required or Min Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree from a four year institution preferred.
Experience and/or Skills Required:
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in higher education environment.
- Minimum of one year of solid customer service experience
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, written and oral communication, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, EPAF, Xtender, and Banner, required.
? Familiarity with MS Access preferred.
? Process and track budgetary requests for program.
? Demonstrated evidence of detail-orientation, customer service orientation, ability to work independently, and great levels of responsibility required.
? Ability to work one weekend day every other weekend in Fall and Spring terms.
