Woolpert, Inc. seeks an Administrative Assistant/Billing Coordinator. A/E or construction environment a plus. Must be proficient in MS Office. Position requires excellent attention to detail, organizational, mathematical, and communication skills with ability to handle multiple tasks. Responsibilities will include typing of correspondence, specifications, various documents/reports, filing, invoicing/accounting tasks, general administrative duties, and client contact. Must be a team player and willing to work overtime if needed to meet project deadlines.
