Greets and welcomes guests, residents, service providers and families. Listens and responds to questions and requests of residents, guests and staff. Facilitates tours of the building to families and potential residents. Assists in all aspects of the facitliy and adminisrative team.


Education : HS diploma with a minimum of one-year secretarial experience or an Associate’s Degree in business or a related field.

Experience: Familiarity with data entry and an ability to use a word processing program. Must have strong verbal and written skills and an ability to work with a variety of people.

Other : Must be well-organized and accurate with general bookkeeping. Must have a current/clean NYS driver’s license that meets agency’s clean driving record policy.
