Excellent phone etiquette, attention to detail, customer service, and administrative support skills are required.
Manage information requests and perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.
Provide administrative assistance including document preparation, information research, meeting preparation and print requests.
Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or presentation software.
File and retrieve department documents, records and reports.
Other responsibilities will be specific to assigned work areas.
- Associate of Applied Science degree (Administrative Services or Social Sciences) preferred.
- 2-3 years experience working in a clerical function.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
