ThyssenKrupp Elevator Americas is currently seeking an experienced Branch Service & Repair Operations, Administrative Coordinator at our Downtown Chicago location. This position will report to the Branch Manager.

Job Summary:
This person will be responsible for coordinating with the Service and Repair managers and supporting the Service department. This position is heavily involved in the use of the Oracle Repair Coordinator system and MS Excel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : The Service/Repair Coordinator will support the Service Department with a variety of administrative functions including creating requisitions for required parts and inventory, scheduling work, communicating with customers and vendors, coordinating with peer departments, filing and other support functions as needed. Additionally, this person will help with first line support of the field mechanics.

Job Requirements :
Qualifications : High School diploma or equivalent is required; Associate’s Degree or equivalent hours of college-level coursework is strongly preferred Minimum of 5 years administrative work experience Excellent computer skills, with advanced focus on MS Excel 1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience, entering or updating data 2. Sales Coordination, working with sales team members preparing proposals and customer follow up calls ORACLE or SAP (or similar large ERP system) experience is strongly preferred Ability to troubleshoot and program technical devices is highly preferred Ability to prioritize multiple and changing responsibilities while being organized & detail oriented, with a proven commitment to customer service Effective interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills required ~CB~
