ThyssenKrupp Elevator Americas is currently seeking a Administrative Coordinator to support our Violations team in Manhattan, NY.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Perform PVT and ECB violations research
Track & process PVT and ECB violations
Answer customer calls and follow-up
Coordinate with the Maintenance, Sales & Repair departments for violation completions
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements :
High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge of violations, consultant reports & Cat testing is necessary
Prior administrative work experience dealing with the City of New York & the Dept of Buildings is strongly preferred
Must be familiar with city agency processes
Proficient analytical, customer service, communication, organization and MS Outlook, Word & Excel skills are essential for this position
Must be willing to learn a variety of tasks and assist the team as needed
