Position Description: Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, this position primarily provides daily administrative support to enable the Racing Division of the MGC to operate efficiently, including supply management, accounts payable and payroll functions, records management, and related duties as assigned.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinates supplies for offices and personnel in multiple locations, utilizing Comm-Pass, MMARS, and other applications as needed
• Monitors and maintains records of account payables
• Acts as payroll officer for all Racing Division employees, utilizing HR/CMS
• Maintain continuity of evidence for incoming paperwork and records from racetracks
• Maintain service contracts and equipment leases

Knowledge/Skills required:
• Previous similar experience in a local, state, or federal government agency setting
• Proficient in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge/Skills preferred:
• Working knowledge of MMARS (Commonwealth Accounting system)
• Working knowledge of HR/CMS (Commonwealth Personnel System)
• Previous experience in the racetrack industry

The recommended candidate will be required to pass an extensive background check including credit check, CORI and drug screen
