Job Duties: The Audiology Department is seeking a full time Administrative Secretary. Experience in a medical or clinical setting and famiiliarity with medical terminology is desired. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and scheduling of appointments. Triage all incoming audiology referrals, via fax or walk ins, Liaison between patients/Audiologist/billing,
Minimum Requirements: Minimum requirements are: High school diploma, but associate's degree in business or healthcare related field is preferred; experience in healthcare or office settings; computer skills, ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and requests from various sources each day; and strong verbal communication skills.
