Purpose of Position:
This position is responsible for the management of all Early Childhood Services human resource transactions, records management, policy and procedures, constituent services, and legislative assignments. This position is also responsible for the administrative management of the Early Childhood Services Director's Office to include the provision of administrative support, budget and finance.

This position is a Pay Band 70.

Classification Description:

Management Analyst Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and two (2) years of experience in the procedures of business and management principles involved in strategic planning. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling six (6) years may substitute for the required education and experience. Employment Requirements:
Pre-employment background investigation is required and is conditional pending results. Must possess and maintain a current and valid New Mexico Driver's License. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
