Mission

As the face and voice of ProService in Kona the Administrative Specialist is a highly professional, motivated multi-tasker responsible for providing outstanding customer service to callers, clients, employees, prospects and co-workers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Primary point of contact and representative of ProService customer service for walk-ins and callers.
  • Manage phone queue as part of front office operator team to ensure callers are routed quickly and efficiently to t he appropriate person or team.
  • Accurately package and distribute payrolls to ensure timely delivery and/or courier service to clients.
  • Assist walk-ins with materials and processing of all ProService documents and forms including but not limited to new hire packets, benefit forms, unemployment forms and movie ticket purchases.
  • Support Claims and Compliance with data entry and processing of Workers Comp Claim Intakes, Requests for Unemployment, Earnings, General Liability and Workers Comp Certificates and loss runs.
  • Ensure COD’s and bank deposits are logged and deposited in a timely manner.
  • Maintain clean, organized and professional office space at all times.
  • Identify and communicate areas of potential cost savings in all office overhead spending.

The Individual Selected Must Have/Be:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Customer Service oriented with a consistent p rofessional, courteous and positive attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized multi-tasker with acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and become proficient in use of company data /service software.
