Schulman is currently looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our Business Operations Team! Position Summary: This position provides operational support in the processing of Schulman documents. The primary focus is to process work efficiently to maintain optimum turnaround time. Primary Responsibilities: Receive, print, scan, sort, and track documents and correspondence Update/maintain database information Ensure documents are complete and accurate, recognizing discrepancies and making corrections Answer incoming phone calls to resolve customer inquiries, follow up as needed Compose and type routine correspondence and other documents. Operate a variety of office equipment Assist other teams as needed
