Responsible for daily ShopVue transactions, including but not limited to the following:
Insure all ShopVue labor transactions are completed and account for all employee hours worked.
Work closely with production employees, supervisors, planners and managers to ensure Oracle and ShopVue errors are resolved promptly.
Move completed transactions through ShopVue and Oracle as required.
Assist in completing reports from ShopVue.
Resolve system errors in timely manner.
Assist Planning and Program Management with work order management.
Inspect work order packages for proper sign off, filing all Certificates of Compliance as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of four years experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle essential.
  • Labor tracking systems experience required
  • Data Entry experience preferred.
  • College degree preferred
