This position will serve as HR assistant, receptionist, floater, and runner for the department’s administrative office. Rather than performing a single specialized task, this position will have responsibilities that often change daily with the needs of the specific job. The specific duties assigned to this position will vary significantly, depending on the type of work that he/she is assigned on a given day.
Education and Experience
ESSENTIAL SKILLS :
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Must have strong communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience with UNC systems such as EPA -Web, TIM , and HRIS preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer-service skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be highly dependable. The candidate will also be very detail-oriented, be able to multitask, be proactive, be able to work well independently and with others in a team-based setting.
