Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries directly or by routing callers to appropriate staff member. Read and respond to or route emails for the firstname.lastname@example.org account. Open mail, retrieve faxes and distribute. Assist National Office staff with other administrative needs.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalency. Four-year college degree; non-profit association or foundation experience preferred or equivalent combination of experience and training.
Significant experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
Excellent communication skills, preferably in English and Spanish for verbal and written contact with individuals both within and outside of the Association.
Good organizational skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills to work with individuals both within and outside of the foundation (specifically staff, professional members of ACPA , vendors affected individuals, and their families).
