The California-Pacific United Methodist Foundation has an opening for a qualified administrator. The successful candidate will have demonstrable skills in the following areas: customer service; oral and written communication; marketing, using both print and online media; event planning; accounting, with an understanding of the specifics of nonprofit accounting and maintaining internal controls; back office operations for a planned giving program; and office management. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance; a minimum of five years’ experience in nonprofit administration; and general knowledge of the polity and structure of the United Methodist Church. The person must be able to function well with a constituency that represents a rich diversity of races and cultures.
