Must be the graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Must have a Bachelor's degree in nursing or a health care field. Must have two years of medical, surgical, or critical care experience. Experience in systems, CQI techniques and facilitation desirable.
Previous experience in pre-certification, utilization, or case management desirable. Must have current valid RN licensure. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
