Job Responsibilities

Brown Parker & DeMarinis is looking for a candidate to manage campaigns and client relations for 1-2 of our hospital clients. The Project Manager will be working under the direction of a Group Account Manager and will act as the day-to-day point of contact for the client.

The successful candidate will manage all projects from start to finish and will leverage the resources of the agency as it pertains to the client’s needs. This includes working with the Group Account Manager, Director of Client Services, Media Supervisor and Creative team members to:

• Develop advertising/marketing objectives/strategies/tactics
• Track media plans
• Direct traffic, coordinate deadlines, timelines and budgets
• Review budget statements with client
• Prepare and present strategies/media plans/creative concepts at client meetings
• Prepare and present monthly advertising initiatives
• Work with Media Department in developing media opportunities and solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in project management at an advertising or marketing agency
• 2+ years experience in hospital or healthcare marketing preferred
• 4 year degree
• Bilingual a plus
