      Effectively manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. Play an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization. Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently deliver quality client services. Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Understand Ernst & Young and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Develop relationships with team members across all Ernst & Young practices to serve client needs. Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge. Possess in depth business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.

      To qualify, candidates must have the following:

      Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience; OR a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.

      Must have application Control and Security Implementation, program and project delivery design, architecture and solution design, information management, implementation, operations, and management of IT infrastructure.

      Must have experience in enterprise application assessments including controls and security design reviews, process performance improvement and utilization assessments.

      Must have experience in GRC technology enablement, integrating/automating risk capabilities, risk assessment and compliance transformation, continuous controls monitoring and controls optimization.

      Must have experience in vendor selection assistance, controls/security design and implementation, pre/post go-live support and training.

      Must have experience using supplemental tools to enable data analysis, security and privacy information systems security assessment, design, architecture, implementation, management and reporting.

      Must have an understanding of and/or implementation experience with SAP GRC, Archer, and Paisley tools.

      Must have a strong understanding of a variety of regulatory compliance models. Specifically, must have experience in the following models - HIPAA, SOX, FDA, and FERC/NERC.

      Must have familiarity with security and risk standards. Specifically, must have experience in the following risk standards - PCI DSS, ITIL, and COBIT.

      Must have application controls and security experiences involving ERPs.

      Must have experience in security modeling and controls testing.

      Must have experience in sensitive access and SoD testing.

      Must have experience in controls testing.

      Must have industry related certification as a CPA/CA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CMA, RICS, APC, CISSP, PMP, or CCIM.

      Must have strong skills in project management and engagement closure.

      Must have a willingness to travel to meet clients needs; travel is estimated at 60%.
