Performs diverse administrative responsibilities for Advocacy 24/7 Manager. Coordinates various projects, and prepares reports and information which may be of a highly confidential and critical nature.
Requires strong organization and written and verbal communication skills to perform the essential job functions of answering inquiries and coordinating meetings and projects.
Essential Job Duties:
Answers telephone calls. Handles inquiries appropriately.
Provides support to Advocacy 24/7 nurses.
Educates and trouble shoots computer systems/programs for 24/7 team: Outlook, Excel, Word, Sharepoint, CareMC
Completes reports in Excel format as directed by 24/7 Manager.
Advance experience in SharePoint is a plus.
Maintains calendar of events, including travel dates, meetings and conference calls.
May coordinate meetings, conference calls, and 24/7 nurse call schedule.
May organize and maintain computer filing system in Outlook and Sharepoint.
Maintains regular and consistent attendance.
Comply with all safety rules and regulations during work hours in conjunction with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).
Additional duties as required.
May assist in providing secretarial support for other departments, as required.
Must have the ability to work on several concurrent tasks. Must be able to prioritize workload with minimal direction.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite: First point of contact to new employees that may not have more than a cursory knowledge of the suite package. A firm grasp of understanding the software to be able to train others.
