AGRILAND FS is looking for a high energy, self starting agronomy sales person wanting to grow a sales territory offering precision farming, finance, custom application, seed, plant protection products and plant food to improve profitable yields for customers.

Contact targeted customers and prospects to market agronomy products and services that enhance the producer’s business.
Utilize risk management strategies with current and future accounts.
Will spend majority of work time marketing to customers and prospects that result in increase of profitable sales.
Continue to grow personal knowledge of Agronomy and business to improve problem solving skills.
Normally requires a Bachelor’s Degree in an agricultural - related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three years experience in ag (prefer job related work experience).
Strong basic understanding of agronomy technical knowledge,
Prefer sales type of experience requiring setting appointments and demonstrating value to the customer.
Demonstrate strong communication / persuasive / business skills.
Strong work ethic with the ability / experience balancing work and life issues.
Proven self starter with the ability to form fast and strong business relationships.
Demonstrate on the job learning and teamwork.
