TOP 50 Travel Management Company with over $160 million in sales is in search of several part-time customer service agents to join our Montrose team effective June 10, 2013. The successful candidates will have a strong work ethic that will arrive to work on time, be productive and are looking for a challenging career. Travel Agent & Call Center Experience is a Plus!!!

DUTIES

  • Answering phones
  • Resolving customer service issues appropriately
  • Online bookings for air, car and hotel
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Professionally answer phones and return calls
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the travel industry with Apollo GDS appreciated
  • Spanish speaking appreciated
