Nature and Scope

A. Business Environment

The healthcare market is growing increasingly competitive at a rapid rate while reimbursements are in a steady decline. In addition, political climate and public perception will not allow for price increases aimed at building margins in an effort to offset declining reimbursements. Therefore, gains must be achieved through incremental case volume. Building such volume will be the primary responsibility of the Field Sales Representative.
