5+ years experience working in Operations Research programs focused on defense operations pr JT&E execution
Extensive experience with development of data collection and analysis plans
Experience in development of test plans, development of measures of performance and measures of effectiveness preferred work with the Joint Test Support Cell
Extensive skills working with statistical tools and mircosoft word program
Experience in Strategic planning processes and engagment within a COCOM staff (especially EUCOM)
Understanding of Embassy's roles within EUCOM

This position will serve as the lead for Operations Research processes associated with the development and testing of the Comprehensive Approach-Building Partnerships (CAPB) QRT in support of the Test Director. They will support Operations Research Systems Analysis and Test Planning efforts to provide data analysis to support findings, conclusions, and recommendations on the effectiveness of the test product. This position will be responsible to the TD for implementation of project's test planning processess requiring research and analysis on test venues and to ensure the warfighter's objectives are met by the test prodcut. These duties will include risk reduction strategies, and risk mitigation and test planning processes. The CABP QRT project is directed to develop a common planning framework at the embassy country team level to support diplomacy, development, and defense cooperation and coordination between applicable Department of State (DOS) and DOD entities. Current steady-state planning does not provide a standardized process for cooperation and coordination between the embassy country team’s planning process and the combatant command country plan. The CABP QRT will develop and validate common planning processes in order to standardize and align them with the emerging DOS integrated Country Strategy (ICS). This will enable DOD to more effectively participate and collaborate as part of the interagency planning team at the country level.
