Analyst/Senior Analyst, Campaign Management-13005323

Overview of The Department: The Campaign Management Team (CMT) sits within Marketing Services in the U.S. Consumer Services organization. Our Mission is to provide best in class Campaign Management support to facilitate flawless campaign execution. CMT’s primary role is to partner and collaborate with Marketing to ensure accurate set-up of campaigns/offers. The team is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of campaigns that enable all card acquisition across all solicitation and response channels. The individual in this role will serve as a CMT Analyst, and will be responsible for supporting accure, complete and compliant offer set-up and execution, partnering with various teams across Consumer Services.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support day to day campaign set-up process, working with various teams across Marketing Services and Marketing - Support Managers in providing consultative support as a Subject Matter Expert of the CMT capability and the overall promotion set-up process
- Support the team on building strong relationship and showcase CMT value-add to the Marketing team through thought leadership and accomplishments sharing
- Support review of campaign requisition form submitted by Marketers and ensure the requirements are clear, accurate and compliant
- Perform quality checks to ensure accurate set-ups and reporting
- Support preparation of updates to leaders, both within Marketing Services and the broader Marketing organization


Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Self-starter with a natural curiosity to understand how things work
- Technical process review and execution experience
- Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude with proven ability to drive results
- Ability to work independently and manage tight timeliness
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
- Ability to think creatively and problem solve
- Proven ability to collaborate well and interact professionally with various Marketing teams and Partners
- Familiarity with campaign execution systems and processes preferred
