Internally within R/GA, this role will closely collaborate with assigned R/GA client account teams and build direct relationship with clients related to analytic deliverables.

  • Provide analysis of website traffic for key clients including monthly updates, yearly summaries and ad hoc requests
  • Manage the collection and synthesizing of data for clients. Data sources typically include: ad trafficking programs, web analytic tools and client databases
  • Understand client’s business requirements and design reporting and analysis approaches tailored to their needs
  • Develop data capture business requirements, including page tagging recommendations and hierarchy
  • Stay current with client and industry benchmarks

  • Deliver tracking analysis and reports to support client campaigns and programs, creative and recommended solutions
  • Ability to develop tracking and reporting requirements, particularly web analytics
  • Ability to collaborate and work well with others
  • Ability to contribute to increasing the level of innovation in data, analytics and CRM at R/GA

  • Strong analytical skills, must have experience analyzing and interpreting internet-related data from standard software packages
  • Experience with web analytics packages such as WebTrends, Omniture, Coremetrics, Hitbox, Visual Sciences
  • Expert user of Excel; SAS experience a plus
  • Solid understanding of the fundamentals of digital advertising
  • Role requires the ability to write clear and concise PowerPoint presentations for client summarizing data insights, outcomes and implications in straight-forward and enlightening way for clients

  • 1-2 years experience in a related role
  • Agency background with interactive and/or direct marketing experienced preferred
  • Bachelors' Degree required, preferably inbusiness or marketing; Masters a plus
