Credit Risk Analyst

As part of the Portfolio Credit Risk (PCR) team, the Credit Risk Analyst will reside on the Commercial Credit Policy team and primarily support manual credit evaluations for commercial customers. This position will utilize analytical, organizational and communication skills to review the credit worthiness of existing and prospective business customers to find innovative ways of meeting the customer's needs while appropriately mitigating T-Mobile's risk.

Responsibilities include:
Manage the Credit Override Requests (PCR Override). Ensure all requests are responded to within the established service level agreement (SLA).

Maintain and report on PCR Override reviews.

Use both verbal and written communication skills to articulate PCR Override decisions and credit processes to various levels of sales leadership.

Find creative solutions to promote profitable growth with commercial customers.

Assist with testing and monitoring changes to commercial credit policy.

Assist with monthly reporting on commercial applications and account origination.

Ability to influence and lead positive change to business processes by creating and recommending actionable solutions that are aligned with business objectives

Ad hoc support to management or business partners

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent work experience

Experience in Credit Risk Management, Fraud, Manual Review

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines

Highly motivated and comfortable working in cross-functional teams interacting with multiple levels of management

Wireless/Telecom experiences a plus

Experience with commercial credit files a plus
