The analyst is primarily responsible for analyzing market trends in coverage and reimbursement for oncology treatments to contribute to syndicated offerings and custom engagements. The analyst is also a key supporter of custom consulting engagements, providing data collection and analysis essential to the content of client deliverables. This role reports to a Vice President, Commercial Planning.
Collect and analyze data and contribute quantitative and qualitative content while monitoring market trends to support the assigned Oncology Market Access (OMA) US subscription content.
Support responses to client inquiries about subscription content and provide support to senior team members in developing content for client update meetings.
Provide analytic support on client engagements that may include the development of content by researching, collecting and analyzing secondary data; contributing to the development of interview and survey instruments; developing initial research reports.
Provide project management support to client engagement team such as supporting the development of client proposals, monitoring budget, project timelines and engagement research as needed.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pricing, reimbursement, market access, payor strategy, or health economic field, preferably with a pharmaceutical manufacturer. Oncology knowledge is a plus.
Demonstrated ability and confidence to research and draw insight from secondary data, primary research and government publications and translate the insight into meaningful implications for clients.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Fully proficient in software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
