The Annual Fund Gift Officer/Assistant Director works to develop and promote a culture of lifelong giving to Skidmore among key constituents of the College. The individual works with the Friends of the Presidents, Skidmore's leadership giving program. Primary responsibilities include managing aspects of the program and developing philanthropic relationships with an assigned group of alumni; identifying capacity, interests, and inclination, educating and stewarding these individuals, soliciting gifts, and stewarding donors appropriately. In addition, the Annual Fund Gift Officer/Assistant Director may work with several classes, including those celebrating reunion, on their annual fundraising efforts.
2-4 years' experience in Advancement or related field. In addition, demonstrated success working with volunteers and/or project management.
