The Administrative Assistant supports two Assistant Directors and one Associate Director. Programs under this area include: Leadership Giving, Faculty/Staff appeal, Alumni Class and ReUnion Class giving, Volunteers, and student phonathon. Responsibilities include scheduling, processing letters, reports, packets, phone coverage, volunteer management and special projects, organizing payroll deduction notices, updating the computer system and database downloads. The position also provides clerical support to Alumni classes, Head Agents and Class Agents.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, and two years of secretarial experience. Excellent oral, written and computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office. Ability to work well independently and as a team member, and willingness to participate in creating an environment that promotes a team atmosphere. Must be comfortable in a detail and deadline oriented fast paced environment. Willingness to learn fund raising principles and help further the mission of the College. Must be available for occasional evenings and weekends.
