The Apple Solutions Consultant (ASC) is an Apple employee who oversees the sales, merchandising, and operations of an Apple Store-in-a-Store in a single unit retail reseller. The primary responsibility is to increase revenue by achieving sales quotas and financial metrics.
The ASC will execute the following responsibilities to achieve objectives:
Grow sales of Apple-based solutions to consumer and professional customers
Deliver optimal customer service through professionalism and product knowledge
Build a community of loyal Apple customers who return to the store for service, support, and future purchases of Apple and related 3rd party products
Develop the store’s Apple business by building a strong, influential, collaborative business relationship with the reseller’s management and sales team
Review and discuss business plans and results with reseller store management on a regular basis
Create and modify business plans to achieve goals
Analyze and report business results and trends
Train the reseller’s store team members on selling Apple hardware, software, and accessories
Demonstrate Apple products and solutions to the reseller’s customers
Design and deliver solutions-based sales demos and presentations
Provide effective demos and presentations in a variety of environments: one-on-one, small and large group.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of the latest products, promotions and solutions from Apple and related 3rd party products
Maintain merchandising and visual standards according to Apple and reseller standards

The ideal candidate will possess a sales background within the retail electronics industry for a minimum of two years, have a proven sales track record, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
