This individual will be asked to script application installations and remediate any issue with applications on company PCs.
They will need to know how to work with SCCM and within a managed PC environment.
- Package Applications for deployment via SCCM.
- Test application deployment.
- Troubleshoot user PC issues.
- Follow standard process to ensure compliance across the team and organization.
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications
•Strong knowledge of PC desktop applications and hardware
•Experience with following technologies: Microsoft SCCM 2007, Active Directory, Packaging tools (Wise, Install Shield, Admin Studio)
•Excellent project management and organizational skills
