Delivered by certified technology experts We have an immediate opportunity in our San Antonio, TX corporate office for an experienced Applications Administrator-MS CRM. As part of our highly successful internal Information Systems team, the person in this highly critical role will use their core systems analysis, communication, and problem solving skills to help move critical projects forward within our organization.

Position Summary This position will supervise and maintain the configuration, security, and support of the organizations customer relationship management (CRM) software through best practices. This position will develop and implement custom enhancements as requested by the business, and serve as a primary contact for CRM technical issues. Essential Duties Responsibilities The following duties and responsibilities are intended to be representative of the work performed by the incumbent(s) in this position and are not all-inclusive. Provide high quality system support, system configuration, security administration, issue resolution, patching and maintenance for our Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 on premise application. Provide backup support for other administrators, including Microsoft SharePoint and CRM report development Manage application configurations in accordance with corporate Change Management policies, versioning control policies, and vendor best practices. Analyze and resolve CRM program issues in a timely and accurate fashion. Create, assist, and troubleshoot CRM integrations to external application systems.

Work with the development team to develop and document custom solutions. Facilitate knowledge transfer between the development team and application support team. Apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the user community on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of CRM software critical to business operations. Develop and maintain an understanding of application dependencies, workflows, integrations, and processes surrounding Sirius enterprise applications.

Basic Qualifications - A Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. Four (4) or more years of IT systems analysis experience, Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration Other Required Qualifications - Administrative experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2011. Demonstrated understanding of CRM integration technology with other Microsoft products, such as MS Office, SharePoint, SQL Server Reporting Services, and Exchange Experience in Dynamics CRM implementations and Rollup implementation Confident and composed in the identification and resolution of technical issues Experience with CRM report generation using Microsoft SQL Reporting Demonstrated ability to design, configure, and customize CRM, to include the ability to design and modify new and existing forms and workflows. Proven troubleshooting ability Must be able to identify root cause for issues, provide and implement solutions for CRM technical issues.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and with little supervision Demonstrated oral and written communication skills Experience in workflow development Demonstrated organizational and follow up skills Experience creating technical and functional documentation.
