Successful candidates will have Minimum 10+ year’s construction administration experience in large-scale Higher Ed, Commercial, Public and Healthcare projects. Administer contracts from startup to closeout. Be the prime contact between CMs/general contractors, clients/owners and AE teams. Review and interpret construction documents. Prepare change orders and monitor RFI’s and submittals. Make recommendations and consult owners on all issues related to the project. Monitor closeout submittals and perform periodic QA/QC construction site visits as well as review and approval of applications for payment. Must have a demonstrated track record in contracts, quality control, and cost control in large-scale Higher Ed, Commercial, Public and Healthcare projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Strong client communication, teamwork, collaboration and conflict resolution skills required. Bachelors in Architecture required, MArch preferred, LEED accreditation a plus. Experience with Primavera Contract Manager (Formerly Expedition), Revit and Microsoft Suite preferred.
