An Area Supervisor is an entry level management position that will serve as a liaison between team members and client hotels. He or she must display a warm and friendly demeanor, professional appearance and have the ability to recruit, screen, manage and assist in training of team members, establishing and developing strong relationships with our current and new customers. This position reports directly to the Area Manager.
Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish
Service Oriented- experience in Service positions is a plus
Strong verbal and writing communication skills.
Proven experience of managing business and people (2 years +).
Must have computer skills.
Ability to travel in territory assigned. Up to 25%
Business degree in Business, hotel management, general studies or equivalent experience is preferable.
