The Department of Civil, Environmental, and Geomatics Engineering invites applications for multiple tenured/tenure track faculty positions in Geomatics/Transportation, Water Resources/Environmental and Structural/Geotechnical Engineering starting August 2014. The appointments are anticipated at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor.
The Assistant/Associate Professor will be expected to teach both undergraduate and graduate courses, supervise graduate students, and participate in the Department, College and University service activities.

Candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a closely related field at the time of application. Candidates should have demonstrated strong interests in interdisciplinary and cross-cutting research; records of excellent scholarship, outstanding teaching, and professional leadership; and experience with securing and managing externally-funded research. Professional surveyor's or engineer's license or the ability to become licensed, as well as relevant industry experience, are strongly preferred. Commensurate with the appointment rank.
