Lamar University invites application for a tenure-track, Assistant/Associate level faculty position in our master’s level counseling programs. The successful candidate will teach graduate classes in School Counseling and/or Clinical Mental Health Counseling; maintain an active research and publication agenda; assist in the coordination of the counseling programs; advise, mentor, and provide supervision to graduate students; fulfill service responsibilities to the department, college, university, and counseling profession; work in collaboration with other colleagues in the College of Education and Human Development as well as with our community partners; assist with recruitment activities; and develop new partnerships.
