The Assistant/ Associate Professor develops an advanced practice experience in ambulatory care for pharmacy students and residents at Mount Auburn Hospital, a community teaching hospital in Cambridge, MA; provides experiential education to pharmacy students at the practice site; provides didactic instruction in the PharmD program in areas of interest and expertise; contributes to periodic review and revision of departmental course offerings; conducts original research and related forms of scholarship in areas of expertise; serves on University or Department committees; maintains active license to practice pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; participates in monthly SOP-B and department meetings; attends department and University ceremonies and events. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by supervisor.

Required: A Doctor of Pharmacy degree; residency and/or fellowship or equivalent experience; excellent communication skills; ability to participate in a variety of academic roles.

Desired: Experience in teaching; extensive clinical and research experience.
